Maintenance Man

 We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing various maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance.
• Completion of weekly and monthly audits.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with staff and clients regarding maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Skills

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with colleagues and clients.
• Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs efficiently across various systems.
• Ability to read and understand effective problem-solving in maintenance tasks.
